With high damage, dps and a defensive ability coupled with a self boosting ult, Phantom is arguably the highest tier of the traditional Chasers(Slash, Slicer, Fork). While not having innate access to critical attacks like Ram, Slash and Slicer, Phantom deals enough damage to be on par with them, while also using stealth to survive better than they would, deal massive damage, and apply the highest stun in the game(with AI-1A).
