Group Danger Zones

It’s better with friends!

Custom Danger Zones Lobby (Custom DZ Lobby) is a discord thread where we organize challenges that spice up your Danger Zone trip by limiting what bots, abilities and boosters you can use to a specific rarity or restrictions that can significantly makes the trip even harder

Setup the time for a run with everyone interested, decide together what DZ it’ll be today, then go!

“Group DZ” Goals and Conditions

You must play with more than 2 people including yourself and your goal is to clear the map by visiting all (?) events, defeat all bosses, collect all chests and stopping by all stations (gadget and canister recharge stations) marked on your map!

Super Hunt

Hunt and face off 3 Roaming Super Bots. You can’t lose a single bot!

Preparation

  • SS and share your comp with your fellow runners.
  • Any 6 bots, abilitities & modules
  • no mine nor bombardment gadget
  • ps: can’t use recruits to weaken the bosses either!

Round 1: Super Flamer

  • Jetpack to the Desert: roaming flamer
  • Hunt Flamer, pause (gadgets) and SS.
  • Start the fight, record or take SS as it progresses so you can tell your story after.
  • SS your result screen, showing you only used 3 bots

Round 2: Super KO

  • Jetpack to the Sea: roaming KO

Round 3: Super Virus

  • Jetpack to the Woods: roaming virus

Pauper DZ Challenge

Rules

  • Your loadout must consists of ONLY Commons and Special bots, abilities and boosters
  • Gadgets are allowed
  • Recruits are exceptional: they can have bots, abilities and boosters of any rarity

Goal: Your goal is to visit all events on your map and have them checkmarked

Etiquette: the more screenshots & storytelling, the more fun we all have following each other’s progress!

Once you’ve followed the requirements above, select any Danger Zone and the challenge is started!

Snowy’s Tips

Recommended gadgets: Invisibility, Shockwave Generator and Bombardment

Tips on completion:

  • Avoid any fights necessary to preserve your repair canister for bosses
  • Use Recruits and Gadgets strategically to avoid fights or to lower boss’s health

Rainbow DZ Challenge

Rules

  • Your loadout must consists of ONLY bots and abilities with the same color
  • Boosters can be any rarity
  • Gadgets are allowed
  • Recruits can have any bots, abilities and boosters

Goal: Your goal is to visit all events on your map and have them checkmarked

Etiquette: the more screenshots & storytelling, the more fun we all have following each other’s progress!

Once you’ve made yourself a comp meeting all the requirements above, chose together any Danger Zone to jetpack to, and the challenge is started!

Snowy’s Tips

Recommended abilities and boosters:

Boosters (if you rely on abilities):

  • 2 Power Generations
  • 2 Ult Cooldowns

Abilities:

  • Green: Poison Missile or Goop and Gust
  • Blue: Shield or Barrier for additional protection and Knockback Bolt
  • Red: Energy Bolt for damage, Hypercharge for quick ult charge and Ball Lightning for stunning and damage
  • Purple: Chaos Translocator or Supercharged Chaos Translocator and Knockback

Trust & Proofs

It’s all for fun and not competitive, so not a strict requitement.

We’re just all trusting each other that we’re following the rules. Still, if you want to make it competitive, or if you have some extraordinary performances to show off, it’s good to ensure your claims aren’t contestable. Here’s a protocol and list of proofs that will make any Pauper DZ claim uncontestable:
